Centralized Project Finance Platform

I need a single, authoritative platform to manage every pound of revenue, cost and profit margin across our projects. The application will replace a patchwork of spreadsheets with one live environment that starts at BOQ setup and follows the full lifecycle through forecasting, Certificates of Completion, governance checkpoints and final margin analysis.
Access must be seamless for the two key departments—Finance and the Project Management Office—while still protecting data integrity through three permission tiers: Administrator, Manager and Viewer. At any moment I want Finance to confirm recognised revenue, PMO to adjust forecasts, and leadership to open a dashboard that shows real-time backlog, variance and overall health.

• COC entry for actual revenue recognition, including locking and approval flows with a complete audit trail

• Accurate, up-to-the-minute views of Revenue, Costs and Profit Margin for every project and for the full portfolio
• Role-based security (Administrator, Manager, Viewer) fully enforced; Finance and PMO able to operate independently yet collaboratively
• Immutability of approved data with version history visible on demand
• Dashboards render in under three seconds for portfolios of 100+ projects
