Writting & Reviwing Financial PPM

Looking for experienced freelancer with expertise in financial writing and formal English. Preferably with an Investment Banking or M&A or Writer profile who will like to participate, with the guidance of the Partners of a new venture, in drafting of a private placement memorandum (PPM).
We have template´s and data. We just need to set it up in a formal way. Explain more in detail and accurate words the ideas and examples that could be appropriate to the document.
