USA stock analysis for small and mid-cap stocks by analysts in India

Greetings, I'm looking to have a USA stock analysis completed for some particular small and mid-cap stocks that I might be interested in purchasing by analysts in India. My budget for this project is less than $500. I'm interested in a Fundamental Analysis of the stock. This analysis should include pricing and valuation.
