Strategic Financial Planning for Ukrainian Geothermal Drilling SPV

I'm looking for a professional who can help me create a comprehensive business and financial plan for establishing a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in Ukraine. The SPV is set up to facilitate a unique project involving the construction of a geothermal power plant, and buildign a drilling rig to do the job. This project involves several key stakeholders, including Norwegian Export Finance, UGV/ Naftogaz and us (Dhans Drilling, who has the drilling technology, but need a rig)
Your main tasks would include:
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with Norwegian Export finance requirements in setting up the SPV to achieve funding
- Structuring the Financial Plan to include a detailed cash flow analysis and more.
The cash flow analysis specifically should:
- Cover the entire lifespan of the project.
- Provide a clear, concise projection of the SPV's cash flow.
- Include the necessary financial elements to ensure the project's feasibility and success.
The project should be delivered in such a way that it would be ready for apply for funding from Eksfin (Norwegian eksport financing).
You should have a strong background in business developer and financial planning and an understanding of international finance and compliance. Experience with SPV creation, geothermal drilling, and cooperation with energy companies would be a significant plus. The ability to create detailed, annual cash flow projections is a must.
