Research European fund for startup in Germany

Europe has launched a recovery fund NextGenEU and we wish for a detailed and in-depth report made.
The report should target Germany.
As our project is an online knowledge marketplace we would be under the topics for "Make it Digital"(https://europa.eu/next-generation-eu/index_en#ecl-inpage-31) and "Make it Strong ~ offering loans and grants to young entrepreneurs"(https://europa.eu/next-generation-eu/index_en#ecl-inpage-32)
1) We wish to know what funding programs are available to apply to.
2) what requirements are needed.
3) Who manages and reviews the applications
5) Profiles and contact information of those who have successfully secured money from the fund
6) Experts in relation to the application process for the fund
