Poultry Farming Business Plan and Building Drawings

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a comprehensive business plan for my large-scale poultry farming business in the United Kingdom, which will consist of more than 500 chickens. The purpose of this business plan is to provide structure and goals for my venture.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Experience in creating business plans specifically for the poultry farming industry
- Knowledge of the poultry farming industry, including best practices, regulations, and market trends
- Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to project costs, revenues, and profits
- Ability to create a detailed operational plan, including the management of the flock, feed and nutrition, and disease prevention measures
- Understanding of marketing strategies for the poultry farming industry, including distribution channels and target market identification
- Excellent written and communication skills, as the business plan will be used to attract potential investors or secure a loan.
- The plan would also be used to secure Planning Permission to build a large barn 34m long x12m wide by 6.5m tall. You will need to detail how such building would be used for the business. You'll need to give an account of each m2 of the usage of the barn. How will it be used. Livestock, Equipment, Etc
- You'll also need drawing skills. You'll need to plot the builng on the land, provide 2D and 3D plans of the building.
