I need research study the impact of CEO compensation on performance of Banks and insurance companies.
1- the study covers :Banks and insurance companies that listed in Saudi Market (Tadawul).
2- the covers last 10 years data.
3- performance as dependent variable could be calculated by profit.
4- the independent Variables to measure if they have positive correlation with performance.
H1: compensation amount
H2: executive employee years of experience
H3: board of directors' membership
H4: CEO’s gender
H5: CEO’s qualification.
What is needed is the statistic part , gathering data of the variables and analyzing the statistic relations.
