Requirements:
*Ability to search USA Closed-End Fund (CEF) Municipal bonds That are not single state offerings. For example only New York Muni bonds.
*By default, the below ‘criteria’ will be the initial results without interaction
*Using free financial APIs or free 3rd party solutions such as Google Finance to pull the results automatically every day at 12 pm.
*Option to update manually
*Criteria can be modified via the online UI
*Web scraping is prohibited

*Has been operating since the year 2002
*Results can be extracted to a shareable Google Spreadsheet
*Columns need, organized, modified criteria:

**Morning Star Rating
**Moody's ratings
**AMT-Free (Yes or No)
**Inception Date
**60, 48, 36, 24, and 12-month lows
**Credit Quality of Holdings (ie. AAA,AA,A,B)

****Ability to click and expand credit quality percentage holdings
*Tagging top ten holdings, for example, if go look at https://www.cefconnect.com/fund/NVG and click on Portfolio Characteristics to the right you can see the top holdings
**A legend describing the following and showing the actual percentage over overlapping holdings
****RED 75% - 100%
****ORANGE 50% -75%
****YELLOW 25% - 49%
