Help me find out how much capital these three companies raised in their most recent private offerings and how much of their equity they sold.

I need to do a compare and contrast between how much equity the company I work for is giving up on a per dollar basis vs some recent comps who have gone public. Those companies are as follows:

Stronghold Digital Mining
Greenridge Generation Holdings
Iris Energy:

The job should be relatively simple for anyone with a decent finance background. What I need someone to do is search through their S1s (or equivalent) and confirm when their most recent private placement was. Once you've determined that, I need to know what percent of the company they gave up and how much they raised.
