Financial modelling for new product

Hi,
I have designed a new method for storing, distributing and exchanging gas cylinders and coal through a click and collect system, and I need some financial modelling carried out for a prospectus I am creating to attract investors.
We have a number of different options available to us in terms of revenue generation from this system, including, renting, leasing, selling the use of the system to other companies or just using this system to sell and distribute our own coal and gas products nationally.
The aim is to introduce this system to the UK and Irish markets.
