Financial Research Analyst

Summary:

We are an AI startup building knowledge discovery tools for domain experts using AI and Large Language Models. Our platform enables users to answer complex questions and uncover hidden insights from large sets of knowledge-intensive documents, allowing for exponentially faster and highly informed decision-making.

We are seeking professionals in the financial industry to use their expertise, experience and industry knowledge to to label financial documents with high quality annotations. These annotations will be used to train and improve models crucial to the success of the platform. The annotations in this project require careful analysis of the financial documents and the valued judgement of a finance professional. In this project, you will need to call upon your professional expertise to not only annotate the data, but also provide any feedback and insights you uncover.

This is a highly exciting project and a chance to be part of a team using innovative AI solutions to push the boundaries of knowledge discovery.

Task and Deliverables:

- Label industry-specific documents with high-quality annotations
- Careful analysis of the data
- Collaborate with project lead to provide feedback and communicate insights

Required Experience:

- 1.5+ years of experience in the financial industry
- Experience in the US stock market

Nice to have:

- Data annotation experience
- Chartered Financial Analyst Qualification
- Higher education in finance, economics or a related field
- Equity research experience
- Financial modelling experience
