A pitchbook analsyis of 5 stocks one has to be U.S and one a bond. Use excel to analyse the pitch book.
Need to demonstrate the sample calculations for portfolio return, standard deviation and risk adjusted return.
Discussions on measures of cost of capital (e.g., WACC and/or CAPM)
Valuation models? PE? DDM? DCF?
Derivatives discussion as hedging instruments?
Must be 3,000 words
Pithcbook must be done in a word document
Include screenshots of excel analysis in word document.
