The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of complex financial technology projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires a dynamic individual capable of navigating the nuances of the Mexican financial market and regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of project facets from initiation to closure.
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement financial technology solutions.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project scope.
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Manage project budget and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Proven experience in managing FinTech implementations, preferably in asset management.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry and technology.
Ability to work and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
