Filing in public information for a buyers list for a Predictive Maintenance Company
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
We need you to fill in certain characteristics from publicly available information for 15 companies comprising a mix of private companies and large diversified public companies. Information required such as business description, headquarters, acquisitions, relevant business(es) within the public company, competing product line, industries served by competing subsidiaries/business. You will need to use your judgment to determine which subsidiaries/businesses within the large public companies the predictive maintenance company would fit in as this may not be a direct competitor but rather an adjacent business. This is ideally a subsidiary providing predictive maintenance/condition monitoring services, but it could also be a business providing: 1) factory automation, 2) software for industrial manufacturers, 3) hardware: vibration, electric current or temperature sensors and edge devices (are only relevant type), 4) digitally advanced maintenance service providers.
We are sharing the headers (columns to be filled in) and company names with you in an excel sheet attached. The second tab of the excel sheet gives detailed instructions as to what is required for each column. Please start with the green columns first then check back with us. Then with agreement proceed on to the orange cells, and ignore the red cells/hidden ones. We would like you to check in with us when the green columns have been completed (first before the other columns with special care for the “acquisitions” section) because it may not make sense to continue as this criteria may eliminate certain public companies. We have included an example. We will be happy to provide more guidance or answer questions to ensure productivity. It is estimated that in total there will be approximately 75 companies.
