Expert Financial Analyst Needed

As the client, I require a financial analyst with proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and investment analysis. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Conducting thorough financial forecasting
- Undertaking comprehensive investment analysis
- Compiling and managing budgets

Experience in Real estate proposals / LRD / Construction Finance,
- Perform analytical reviews and interpretation of nancial data.
- Preparation of Cash Flows, Information Memorandum, Financial
Teasers, and Pitch Decks.
- Do Internet Research to corroborate data.
- Execute Financial Projections.
- Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and
a tight timeline.
- Prociency in data modeling/data mining.
- MS Excel and MS Oce Experience.
- Experience in construction nance and Lease rental
discounting for large corporate clients.
- Hands-on abilities in nancial analysis, due diligence,
credit underwriting/decisions, and debt syndication.
