A dissertation, which aims to investigate the inequality phenomena in the accountant profession in Albania. Albanian women accountants’ perception of their current work conditions by analyzing the current stage of gender equality in this profession, attempting to identify the main influence factors to accessing the profession and their access to being promoted to senior levels.
(Methodology used is qualitative and research is done through interviews which I have done and can provide.)
