Deck to support equity fundraising

I am currently developing an equity fundraising for Eastern European promotors, and I will need help writting an Info Memo to support the process.
The deck will require a comprehensive agenda:
- Target's overview and financial analysis
- Market research
- Expansion venues
- Financials forecasts
- Investment Opportunity
- Promotor's profile

The consultant must have good financial skills and strategic thinking, and an extensive track record communicating through PowerPoint.
It must be done over january.
