School Cash Budgeting Excel Tool

I need an Excel cash budgeting tool for school financial management.
Requirements:

there is a pdf file with instructions, and a excel file that I have started, first spreadsheet is the normal sheet, however I went wrong somewhere and did not fill out everything, the second spreadsheet is just a copy of the first spreadsheet with a 10% drop in net sales. so the first spreadsheet needs to be perfect first
