Expert Adaptive Planning Consultant Required
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to support a post-go-live environment focused on enhancements, reporting, forecasting, and user support.
This is a hands-on consulting engagement, not a greenfield implementation. The right consultant has already worked inside Adaptive Planning environments and can operate independently with minimal ramp-up.
The initial engagement is 2–3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support and enhance existing Workday Adaptive Planning models
Build and refine reports, dashboards, and forecasting models
Assist with budget-to-actuals reporting and scenario planning
Partner with finance and FP&A stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Support ongoing user questions and light enablement
Troubleshoot data, model, or reporting issues as they arise
What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
Experience supporting post-go-live environments (enhancements, not implementations)
Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with business stakeholders
Consulting mindset with a bias toward execution
Engagement Details
Duration: 2–3 months (possible extension)
Location: Fully remote
Rate: $60/hour
Availability: Part-time to full-time depending on project needs

Prior consulting or contract-based Adaptive Planning work
