C-Corp Rental Tax & Finance
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run a nationwide C-Corporation that owns and operates several short-term rental listings on Airbnb and VRBO. Because reservations and cleaning crews span multiple states—and sometimes different cities within the same state—I need a licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent who can keep every jurisdiction happy while making sure we claim every legal advantage available to the hospitality industry.
Here’s what I’m counting on you to handle:
• State and local corporate income (and franchise, if triggered) tax returns for every jurisdiction where we have filing responsibility, prepared and e-filed on schedule.
• Ongoing full-charge bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, posted at least monthly and reconciled to bank/credit-card feeds, so the trial balance is always audit-ready.
• Forward-looking financial planning each quarter: projected tax liability, cash-flow scenarios, and dividend vs. salary guidance for the shareholder-employees.
• A systematic review of all properties to capture deductible items unique to short-term rentals—cleaning fees, platform commissions, occupancy taxes, furniture depreciation, insurance, HOA charges, and travel expenses—so nothing slips through the cracks.
You will receive view-only access to the Airbnb/VRBO dashboards plus direct bank feeds. I supply prior-year returns, articles of incorporation, and an up-to-date fixed-asset list. You bring multi-state tax expertise, cloud bookkeeping skills, and the strategic mindset to keep us compliant and profitable.
Final deliverables each year are: completed state and local returns with supporting workpapers, a reconciled year-end QuickBooks file, and an executive summary that highlights key tax positions taken and planning opportunities for the next season. Let me know your timeline for onboarding and any information you need up front so we can get started immediately.
