Commercial Architecture & Finance Planning

I’m starting a new commercial project and need two complementary skill sets brought together.
First, I require solid financial planning—no bookkeeping or tax preparation, just forward-looking advice tailored to the architecture aspects of this venture. The focus is simply “Architecture” in the sense of cash-flow forecasts, cost modelling, and investment timing that keep the build on track without overruns.

Second, I need a qualified architect to develop the full commercial design package: concept sketches through to permit-ready drawings, 3-D models and material schedules. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar industry tools will help us move smoothly from schematic design to detailed construction documents.

Deliverables
• Financial planning report aligning project milestones, construction phases, and capital requirements
• Complete commercial architectural set (plans, elevations, sections, schedules, 3-D visuals) ready for submission to authorities
• A brief implementation roadmap showing how the finance plan dovetails with the design timeline
