I want to bring a chartered accountant on board who can focus exclusively on financial planning and analysis for my business. The immediate goal is to turn our raw accounting data into clear forecasts, budgets, and decision-ready insights that will guide our next stage of growth.
Here’s what I have in mind:
• Build an annual budget and rolling monthly forecast based on historical QuickBooks data.
• Develop a simple KPI dashboard that highlights cash-flow drivers, margin trends, and break-even points.
• Provide variance analysis after each month-end close with a short written summary of the key movements and recommended actions.
You will receive full, secure access to our bookkeeping files and prior financial statements. I’m looking for a collaborative approach—feel free to suggest better modelling tools or reporting formats if they improve clarity. Accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to explain numbers in plain English are essential to success on this project.
