Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Representation

Job ID: 40307725

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD

I am 63 and have reached the point where Chapter 7 is my only realistic path out of debt. After three corporate downsizings, two incidents of fraud that wiped out more than $125 K in savings, and a recent stretch of homelessness, I finally have a part-time job and a full-time position on the horizon. Even so, creditors are now trying to serve me, and a lawsuit could arrive any day.

I have not begun any legal paperwork, so I need end-to-end support: clear advice on eligibility, preparation of every required form, timely electronic filing, and representation through the 341 meeting and any motions that arise. My goal is a smooth discharge that lets me stay on track with my new income and Social Security.

Deliverables
• Confirm eligibility and strategy for Chapter 7
• Draft and file the complete petition, schedules, and means test
• Communicate with creditors and the trustee, including the 341 meeting
• Address or stay any pending lawsuit once the case is filed
• Provide post-discharge guidance so I remain compliant

Experience with low-income filers, electronic filing systems, and urgent creditor actions will be greatly appreciated.
