Business planning- TVS Credit services

 Closely work with CSO, Head – Business Planning and leadership teams to discuss, track and expedite projects
 Responsible for preparing Annual Operating Plans, budgets and forecasts at Company and SBU level
 Preparation of monthly financial metrics and key business drivers specific to different products/functions
 Analyze, investigate and explain key variances and trends in P&L lines and provide commentaries and business insights on variance under different scenarios
 Liaise with the Central teams to identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project/process boundaries
 Track project milestones and deliverables, develop best practices and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
 Analyze industry performance, growth prospects, future trends, build competitive knowledge and compare company’s performance with industry performance
