1-Year Valuation Model
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a fully linked, three-statement financial model for PVR INOX Ltd that I can rely on for valuation analysis. The model must cover a single fiscal year and flow seamlessly from the Income Statement through the Balance Sheet into the Cash Flow Statement, with schedules for working capital, capex, and debt clearly feeding back into the core sheets.
Because this will underpin my own discounted cash-flow and multiple-based checks, accuracy and transparency are critical. Please build in clean, traceable formulas, keep hard-codes isolated, and structure the file so assumptions can be tweaked without breaking the model. I typically work in Excel, so deliver in .xlsx with no macros unless absolutely necessary.
Deliverables
• Integrated 1-year Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
• Assumption sheet with drivers clearly labeled
• Automatic valuation outputs (DCF and trading comps preferred)
• Brief walkthrough or comments so I can follow your logic
Acceptance criteria
• Sheets balance and tie out on first open
• Key ratios (ROE, ROIC, EBITDA margin) calculate correctly from the linked data
• All hard-coded inputs reside only in the assumptions area
If you have prior experience modeling cinema or leisure businesses, that’s a plus, but solid three-statement modeling skills and attention to detail matter most. I look forward to reviewing your approach and timeline.
