5-Year P&L Model Build
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have an Excel template laid out for our Profit & Loss statement. What I need is a full five-year projection populated directly from two existing worksheets in the file:
• “Customers” – this holds all top-line assumptions (volumes, pricing, churn, etc.). Formulas should pull the relevant revenue drivers from here so that any future edits flow straight through the model.
• “Headcount” – this tab contains every operating-expense assumption tied to staff costs and related overhead. Please link these inputs so that changes to head-count or compensation instantly adjust the P&L.
The task is strictly financial-data oriented; no charts or extra visuals are required. I simply want a clean, dynamic statement that rolls from Revenue down to Net Income, summarised year-by-year for the next five fiscal years, plus an annual totals column.
Key points for acceptance
– Maintain the structure and formatting of my existing template.
– Use clear cell referencing; no hard-coding of figures that already live in the source tabs.
– Include concise comments where assumptions or calculations might need future tweaks.
The final deliverable is the updated Excel file, ready for scenario tweaks the moment I open it.
