3-Year DCF Model
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a clean, easy-to-follow financial model that links an income statement, balance sheet, and cash-flow statement and then rolls into a discounted cash-flow valuation. I already have the last three years of historicals in Excel, and everything relates to a technology business, so the usual SaaS-style drivers (revenue growth, gross margin, churn, cap-ex light) will feel familiar.
Using those historical numbers, please extend the model three years forward. All key assumptions—revenue growth, operating costs, working-capital swings, and terminal value—should be editable from a single assumptions area, with the rest of the workbook updating automatically through logical formulas (no hard-coded links). The DCF tab should calculate free cash flow to the firm, apply a WACC I can toggle, show sensitivity to discount rate and terminal growth, and summarise the valuation on a clear dashboard.
Excel is the preferred format because that’s where my source data already lives. Keep the file structured and well-labelled: one tab for raw historical data, one for assumptions, one for the integrated three statements, and one for the valuation outputs. A brief note or tooltip explaining any uncommon formulas will help me audit the file quickly.
