E-Waste Financial Model Build
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I need a clean, driver-based financial model that lets me see how an e-waste recycling recycling business will perform quarter by quarter. The core objective is to project future profits and losses, so please structure the workbook around a fully linked Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash-Flow Statement.
Scope
• Time horizon: at least three years, broken out quarterly
• Assumptions tab: volumes collected, processing yield, commodity resale prices, refurbishment margins, capex schedule, fixed & variable opex, financing terms
• Dynamic outputs: headline KPIs (EBITDA, gross margin, cash burn, ROIC) update automatically when assumptions change
• Scenario toggles: base, optimistic, and downside cases to stress-test the model
Deliverables
1. Excel file with clear labeling and color-coded input cells
2. Summary dashboard with charts and key ratios suitable for investor decks
3. Short walkthrough video or call recording so I understand the model’s flow and can adapt it later
Acceptance Criteria
• All three financial statements reconcile and balance for every quarter
• No hard-coded numbers outside the dedicated input cells
• Formulas are audit-friendly and free of circular references
If you have experience modeling recycling, manufacturing, or other operations with commodity price exposure, highlight that in your proposal.
