UAE Agritech Agri-Finance Financial Modeling investor-ready fundraising Pack

I need an experienced financial-modeling specialist for our UAE-based startup in agritech and agri-finance into a fully investor-ready story. The assignment centres on building a clean, logic-driven 5-year, three-statement model in Excel or Google Sheets, then packaging the numbers into compelling fundraising collateral.

What I expect from you
• A robust financial file: income statement, balance sheet and cash-flow, all linked, with an assumptions tab that lets me tweak drivers quickly.
• Deep dive analytics: CAC, LTV, unit economics, cap-table dilution, multiple scenario / sensitivity toggles and clear use-of-funds outputs.
• Investor materials: an eye-catching teaser, a concise investment memo and a polished deck that reflects the model’s insights.

Profile I’m after
You’ve spent at least three years inside startups, investment banking, venture capital or similar, and have already built models for fintech, SaaS, marketplace or blended-revenue companies. GCC exposure is a bonus, AgriTech/FoodTech/Agri-Finance is a plus, and fluent English communication is essential because we move fast.

Timeline & process
