Below are Cannabis Business Owner/Seller's data / financial's i need someone to prepare a full (compiled) set of financials i can share with lenders, financiers, etc. and which i can use for specific purposes below (i can't do anything with what you gave me)
CRITICAL: i need to find out 911 what is gross/net income monthly and annual income before debt servicng, then i need to know the greatest mystery is what is income, after debt servicing for 1M loan, and what is dscr and dti?

I’m preparing a pitch deck and I need a complete, forward-looking set of financial statements that I can place straight into the investor material. The scope covers fully modelled projections for the next three fiscal years, including an income statement, balance sheet and cash-flow statement.
The numbers have to be credible and traceable, so please build the model in Excel (or Google Sheets if you prefer) with clearly labelled inputs, drivers and dynamic formulas. I expect sensible growth, margin and working-capital assumptions that I can tweak later, plus brief notes explaining how you arrived at each key driver. A concise PDF export of the finished statements will also be helpful for quick sharing.
Acceptance criteria
• One Excel workbook with separate tabs for assumptions, 3-year income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
• All figures calculated automatically from the assumptions tab (no hard-coded results)
• A short methodology note or comment boxes outlining major assumptions
• Formatting clean enough for direct insertion into a slide deck
