We are seeking a finance/accounting professional only (no general consultants please) to support a structured financial and strategic analysis for a growth expansion project.
The company, XY Electronics, is a mid-sized consumer electronics company with strong performance in its home market and limited international exposure. The objective is to evaluate expansion into Southeast Asia from a financial and strategic viability perspective.
This project requires strong financial modeling skills, structured assumptions building, and the ability to translate strategy into numbers.
Scope of Work:
You will support one (1) key objectives, with the final deliverable being a well-structured Excel model.
1. High-Level 5-Year Growth Plan
Create a structured 5-year projection model including:
:Top-line revenue projections
:Key growth drivers
:Estimated operating costs
:Gross margin and operating margin trajectory
:High-level cash flow view
Include:
:Key initiatives driving growth
:Risk identification (currency, competition, supply chain, regulatory)
:Financial impact of risks (scenario analysis: base, conservative, upside)
:Mitigation strategy summary (qualitative + quantified if possible)
Output required in Excel:
1) 5-year forecast model
2) Clearly separated:
-Assumptions tab
-Calculations tab
-Output/dashboard tab
3) Scenario analysis (at least 3 scenarios)
Final Deliverable:
A professional, clean, and fully transparent Excel file that includes:
-Clearly labeled assumptions
-Step-by-step calculations
-Logical structure and formulas (no hard-coded outputs)
-Sensitivity/scenario analysis
-Executive summary sheet with key financial highlights
*The model must be easy to follow.

-Background in finance, accounting, corporate finance, FP&A, or investment analysis
-Strong Excel financial modeling skills
-Experience with market expansion or growth strategy modeling preferred
-Ability to structure assumptions logically and defend them
