Startup Valuation & Financial Sheets

I’m preparing a funding round for my healthcare startup and need polished, investor-ready financial documents. Specifically, I’m looking for two interconnected spreadsheets:

1. A valuation model that clearly shows how you arrive at the company’s worth, with assumptions I can tweak myself later.
2. A revenue-and-expenses projection covering at least the next five years, linked to the valuation where appropriate.

The deck these will feed is aimed at professional investors, so clarity and solid logic matter more than flashy design. Our audience is especially focused on annual growth rate; if you see value in briefly flagging net profit margin or CAC for context, feel free, but the growth story must stand out.

I’m comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets—whichever lets me audit formulas, adjust drivers, and export clean charts for slides. Please build everything with transparent cell references and a short tab explaining your key assumptions.
