Startup Strategy & Financial Modeling Consultant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced Financial Modeling & Strategy Consultant to help evaluate and shape my startup project (SILA, a SaaS/retail ecosystem).
What I need done:
Financial Model: Build a detailed financial model including revenue projections, operating costs, and break-even analysis.
Investment Estimation: Provide an approximate estimation of the startup capital required to launch the MVP, initial marketing, and basic operations.
Executive Summary & Investor Deck: Create a concise executive summary and an investor-ready pitch deck in English (Spanish/Portuguese also acceptable).
Market Strategy: Guidance on monetization strategies (e.g. product listing fees, SaaS subscription for retailers, data insights).
Scalability Plan: Initial roadmap for scaling regionally and globally.
Requirements:
Proven experience in financial modeling for startups.
Previous work with SaaS and/or retail business models preferred.
Ability to deliver results within 2–3 weeks.
Deliverables:
Financial model (Excel or Google Sheets).
Investor deck (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
Written executive summary.
