Same-Day DCF Excel Model

I have to submit a fully functional discounted cash-flow valuation before the day is over and need an Excel model that I can drop straight into my deck. The workbook must automatically calculate Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, and the annual Free Cash Flow schedule. I will send you the exact discount rate assumptions as soon as we start, so please structure the file so that changing a single cell immediately flows through every tab.

To keep things clean, place all key inputs on an ‘Assumptions’ sheet, link projections to those cells only, avoid hard-coding, and make sure every formula is transparent. A concise summary section that surfaces NPV, IRR, terminal value, and the headline valuation will help me copy figures quickly into PowerPoint.
