Fix & Improve Financial Modeling Accuracy for Real Estate Analysis Platform

I have a real estate analysis app built with Python FastAPI.

I need help checking and fixing a calculation issue in the backend. Some of the financial numbers are not coming out correctly, so I want someone to review the logic and fix the accuracy problem.

This is a small task for now, not a full rebuild.
