Property Management Model for Canopy & Rooftop

I'm seeking a professional to create an innovative model for a Special Purpose Entity (SPE) within our property management system, specifically targeting the canopy and rooftop spaces. The ultimate objective of this model is to generate a 15% Internal Rate of Return (IRR) through various revenue streams, including Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (SRECs), utility sales, and BTU metering/billing.
