I’m gearing up for a pre-seed round and need a rock-solid financial model that investors can trust and I can easily update. You’ll take my market research, pricing plan, and cost structure, then translate them into a dynamic Excel or Google Sheets file that flows cleanly from drivers through to the three core financial statements.
The model has to cover three years with monthly detail, automatically rolling up into annual summaries plus the KPIs investors always ask for: burn, runway, CAC, LTV, break-even, and a valuation snapshot. Clear, well-labeled assumptions, scenario toggles (best/base/worst), and a concise dashboard or summary sheet for pitch-deck screenshots are essential.
