I’m launching a fresh venture in Delhi and want a seasoned Chartered Accountant-cum-finance specialist to create three investor-ready documents from the ground up.
1. Detailed Project Report (DPR)
• Purpose: convince Indian banks to extend a term-cum-working-capital facility.
• Must follow standard bank templates (CMA data, ratio analysis, DSCR, breakeven, sensitivity checks) so the credit team can lift numbers straight into their appraisal notes.
2. Investor Pitch Deck
• A concise deck in PowerPoint highlighting problem, solution, market size, traction plan, competitive edge, team, funding ask and headline projections.
• Visual polish matters—please weave in charts that sync seamlessly with the financial model.
3. Financial Model
• Build completely new five-year projections—no historical data exists.
• Deliver a driver-based Excel model with integrated P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow, scenario toggles (best/base/worst), IRR and NPV outputs.
• Clearly separate inputs, calculations and outputs so future edits remain hassle-free.
Acceptance Criteria
• All numbers reconcile across the three documents.
• DPR meets the documentation checklist of at least one leading public-sector bank.
• Model runs error-free when assumptions are changed.
• Deck is presentation-ready and visually consistent with the figures.
