Mining investment analysis
Budget: $15 – $50 AUD
I need an experienced financial modeler, preferably with mining expertise, to take an ungeared, pre-tax financial model and build it out to illustrate returns to equity investors on a post tax geared basis. (i.e. I am looking to illustrate free cashflows to equity holders based on assumptions).
This will need:
- adding gearing into the existing model, with functionality for changing the loan terms, tenor and cash sweep assumptions;
- adding a depreciation schedule;
- adding tax calculations;
- generating post tax cashflows to equity holders.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong background in project finance models
- Experience with debt instruments, especially loans
- Knowledge of tax implications in financial models
