Manual Apple & Tesla Financial Analysis
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a hands-on analyst who will build a complete, spreadsheet-driven review of Apple and Tesla without relying on any AI writing or analytical tools.
Here is the scope:
• Excel workbook
– Separate tabs for AAPL and TSLA equity metrics: P/E, EPS, ROE, ROA, gross/operating/net margins, current & quick ratios, debt-to-equity, beta, expected return and standard-deviation risk.
– A clearly labeled “Inputs” tab containing every raw figure pulled from SEC EDGAR filings (latest 10-K/10-Q) and reputable market data for price, beta and credit ratings. Each number must have a live or pasted hyperlink to its source.
– Transparent formulas only; no hard-coded values that aren’t also documented in the Inputs tab.
• Bond snapshot
– One Apple bond and one Tesla bond with credit rating, coupon, yield to maturity, maturity date, Macaulay or modified duration and a concise credit-risk comment. The calculations should live in their own sheet next to the equity work so results remain consistent throughout the project.
• Word report
– Explain methodology, reference every data source, interpret the ratios, tie conclusions back to current sector outlook and to a generic investment-policy statement (long-only, moderate-risk mandate). Keep narrative professional but readable.
• PowerPoint deck
– Executive summary slides highlighting key ratios, charts and takeaways; visuals should mirror the numbers in Excel precisely.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every numeric result in Word and PowerPoint matches the final Excel outputs.
2. All formulas are visible and traceable.
3. Hyperlinks cite SEC EDGAR plus any additional pricing or ratings pages.
4. A signed note in the Word file confirming the entire project was produced manually with no AI-generated text or analytics.
Let me know your fee and the realistic turnaround time you can commit to (deliverables may be broken into milestones if that helps). I will review examples of prior financial models if you have them, but fresh work is required for this assignment.
