Investor Relations Consultant for Skincare
Budget: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 INR
I am gearing up to launch a science-backed skincare brand simultaneously in the United States and India and I am opening an equity stake for the right angel investors in the US market. To make this happen smoothly, I need an Investor Relations consultant who already understands both territories, speaks the language of angels, and can guide me from polishing the pitch to closing the round.
You will help me refine the deck, stress-test the financial model, identify and approach US-based angels who actively invest in beauty, wellness, and consumer brands, and keep conversations on track through due diligence and term-sheet negotiation. Familiarity with typical investment structures in both geographies—SAFE, convertible notes, and straight equity—is important, as I want the final deal to align with Indian and U.S. regulatory requirements.
Key deliverables
• Updated investor pitch deck and concise one-pager tailored to U.S. angels
• A short-list (with warm intros where possible) of at least 20 qualified angel investors who fit our ticket size and sector focus
• Guidance on valuation, cap-table impact, and draft term-sheet language suitable for cross-border compliance
• A 60-day outreach calendar and simple CRM tracking template so I can follow every lead after your engagement ends
Acceptance criteria
• Deck is investor-ready and clearly positions the brand, traction, TAM, and exit scenarios
• All short-listed angels are verified active investors who have funded at least one beauty or consumer brand in the past 24 months
• Term-sheet comments comply with both U.S. and Indian regulations
If you’ve successfully closed cross-border angel rounds in beauty or CPG and can provide references or examples, I’d love to collaborate.
