Investor Financial Model - Excel troubles

I have had a few freelancers making "financial ready financial model" addons and fixes to my old excel. The last one, Ms. M disagree with ChatGPT's assessment and refuses to fix these "problems" and claims that there are no problems.
I'm a tech-guy, and knows very little about this and need some REAL finance person to review her work and tell me if GPT is wrong or not.
Can you review based on this GPT's assessment, and then let me know what real problems and what is not, and the cost to fix them. FYI: We are a poor startup
