Healthcare Software Cash-Flow Model
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a forward-looking financial model that captures a single revenue stream generated by a healthcare software product. The spreadsheet must translate subscription metrics into a monthly profit-and-loss, balance sheet, and direct cash-flow statement, extending at least three years.
The core of the work is to structure the revenue logic (licence tiers, churn, upgrades, implementation fees) and link it to cost of sales, operating expenses, capex, tax, and working-capital movements so the cash position updates automatically. All key drivers—prices, volumes, payment terms, support costs—should sit in a clean assumptions section that I can modify without breaking formulas.
Excel or Google Sheets is fine; use transparent formulas rather than macros so the model is easy to audit. A summary dashboard with charts for MRR, ARR, EBITDA, and ending cash will help me present the plan to potential investors.
Deliverables
• Unlocked spreadsheet with clearly labelled tabs and colour-coded input cells
• Short walkthrough document (or recorded Loom) explaining the logic and how to update assumptions
• One revision round after my initial review to fine-tune any mechanics
The file will be considered complete once it rolls correctly from assumptions to statements, the balance sheet balances every period, and the cash-flow reconciliation ties back to closing cash.
