We are Spark Drive, a German e-mobility startup revolutionising urban transport by combining smart e-scooters with LED ad displays, enabling dual revenue streams from rides and advertising, ensuring income 365 days a year.

We’re now preparing for our investor round and need an experienced Chartered Accountant / Financial Analyst who understands German accounting standards and startup fundraising frameworks to build a complete financial model and investor-ready documents.

Scope of Work / Deliverables:
1. Financial Statements (German Format)
• 5-year Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement
• Structured according to German HGB standards (or IFRS if relevant)
2. 5-Year Financial Projection
• Revenue model based on ride data, advertising income, and operating expenses
• COGS, OPEX, CAPEX, and break-even analysis
3. Market Sizing & Analysis
• Define TAM, SAM, SOM for European & global micro-mobility and digital ad markets
• Identify potential customer segments and adoption rates
4. Key Metrics & Unit Economics
• LTV, CAC, gross margin, utilization rate, payback period, ad CPM performance
• Benchmarking vs leading competitors (Tier, Bolt, Voi, Lime, etc.)
5. Valuation & Funding Strategy
• Startup valuation (DCF or comparable multiples)
• Funding roadmap (Seed → Series A) and use of funds allocation
6. Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis
• Create 3 versions of the plan: Optimistic, Realistic, and Conservative
• Sensitivity test for major assumptions (price/min, ad occupancy, scooter uptime)
7. Investment Readiness Report (Optional but Preferred)
• 1-page Investor Summary Sheet covering key financial highlights, valuation, and KPIs

Expected Output:
• Editable Excel or Google Sheets financial model
• PDF summary report for investors
• Optional visual charts for the pitch deck (if skilled in presentation formatting)

Requirements:
• Proven experience with German or EU startups (UG, GmbH, or similar)
• Deep understanding of financial modeling & fundraising projections
• Experience preparing investor materials, pitch deck financials, or due diligence reports
• Excellent command of English (German knowledge preferred but not mandatory)
