Five-Year Financial Forecast Modeling

Job ID: 39857224

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a robust five-year financial model built for our technology company. The core objective is to translate a range of operating assumptions—unit economics, hiring plans, marketing spend, pricing scenarios—into clear cash-flow projections that I can present to investors and use internally for decision-making.

Here is where we stand today: our historical income statements and cash-flow statements are organized and ready to share, but we have no forward-looking model yet. The model must accept multiple inputs (growth rates, cost drivers, funding rounds, cap-ex, and working-capital levers) and automatically flow those through to revenue, EBITDA, balance-sheet movements, and most importantly monthly and annual cash-flow forecasts. Flexible scenario toggles are essential so I can compare best-, base-, and worst-case outcomes in one workbook.

Preferred structure is an Excel or Google Sheets file with clean, auditable formulas—no hard-coded numbers buried in cells—and a concise dashboard that summarizes headline metrics and key charts. If you typically work with Power Query, pivot tables, or similar tools, feel free to use them as long as the file remains easy for a non-accountant to follow.

Deliverables
• Dynamic five-year model (Excel or Sheets)
• Input sheet with clearly labeled assumptions
• Output sheets: P&L, cash-flow, balance-sheet, and visual dashboard
• Sensitivity/scenario logic built in
• Short handover call or written walkthrough so I can maintain it myself

Accuracy, transparency, and readability trump fancy formatting. If this sounds like your specialty, let’s get started—our leadership team is eager to review the first draft within two weeks.
