Key Requirements:
- 8-year projections
- Metrics: Turnover, Cost of Operations, Gross Profit, EBITDA, PBT, PAT
- CMA data integration
- Projected Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statements
- IRR, Avg. Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), BEP, Debt-Equity Ratio (TTL/TNW), Fixed Assets Coverage Ratio
- Ration %
