The assignment concerns a sole entrepreneur who plans to purchase goods for resale operating from a rented warehouse. Most of the expenses, including salary and CAPEX, are already provided.
Scope of work (Part 1):
1. Calculate monthly projection values based on the figures provided in the original file.
2. Construct an Income Statement. The projections and Income Statement should be modeled to demonstrate the break-even point in the first year, allowing the owner to understand the volume of goods that must be purchased and sold to achieve zero profit in Year 1 while covering all expenses, and to achieve modest profit growth from Year 2 onward.
3. The financial model should be structured so that changing a single input automatically updates all related calculations.
You MUST know: NPV, profitability ratios, financial statements (structure), financial modelling. NO PEOPLE FROM PAKISTAN, INDIA.
