Financial Modeling for Infrastructure Funding
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are seeking an experienced financial consultant or private capital broker to help us secure financing through a U.S.-based LLC for a government-backed construction project in Latin America.
The goal is to obtain a loan from private lenders, funds, or institutions in the U.S. The LLC is already being formed in Florida.
Your role:
- Identify and connect us with serious lenders or funds.
- Help structure the financing application and required documents.
- Guide the process through to approval and disbursement.
We prefer consultants who:
- Have real experience raising capital for infrastructure or construction projects.
- Work on a success-fee or commission-based model.
- Speak English or Spanish.
