Budget: $10 – $350 USD
I need someone to prepare me a 3-statement financial model on a oublucy traded company and a presentation analyzing the data and communicating an investment thesis through a concise, professional presentation and provide a final recommendation whether to invest in the target company. Deliverables are:
- Financial Model (Excel)
Please prepare a 3–statement model with valuation outputs:
1. Historical Financials: Input at least 3 years of historical financials (from SEC filings or company reports)
2. Projections (5 years):
- Revenue growth assumptions
- Margin assumptions (gross, EBITDA, and net margins)
- Capex and financing assumptions
3. Valuation:
- DCF analysis with sensitivity cases (base / bull / bear)
- Trading comparables vs selected peers. Please use historical multiples in the absence of forward-looking forecasts.
- Key valuation metrics: EV/EBITDA, P/E, Dividend Yield, ROIC, FCF Yield Keep model structured, transparent, and easy to follow
• Include a short 'Assumptions' tab outlining key inputs
• Provide sensitivity tables (e.g., impact of WACC or growth rates)
- Presentation: Prepare a short 5–7 slide presentation summarizing your findings and recommendation
