Excel Developer for Truck Loan Tracking Tool
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking for someone to build a custom Excel spreadsheet for managing a truck loan payment.
Project Summary:
Create an Excel tool to track loan payments for a truck driver, with weekly payments, late payment logic, and automatic calculations.
Requirements:
The Excel must use a weekly amortization schedule, not monthly.
When the loan start date is changed, all scheduled payment dates must update automatically.
Include a column where we can enter the actual date the payment was made.
Functionality Needed:
MAKE A ROW CALLED PAYMENT STATUS If a payment is made on or before the due date, the row should turn green. AND SAY ON TIME. IF NOT IT SHOULD TURN RED AND SAY LATE
If a payment is made after the due date, the system should:
Add a $25 late fee to the next week’s scheduled payment.
Record the late date in a separate column or section.
Keep a running total of all late fees.
If the borrower pays less than the full weekly payment, a $25 charge is added every week until the payment is caught up. EXCEL should stop charging the 25 once the amount is caught up
The system should be smart enough to track multiple late or partial payments, apply fees, and calculate total owed correctly.
